Vipul, is a post grad from Delhi School of Economics, after which he started working as a project manager at an Australian MNC and eventually became the Head of HR. He was responsible to make sure the team was hiring the right talent, doing it in the yearly budget and effectively managing business and operations. While heading HR, he realized the exact reasons why 90% of candidates were getting rejected and what they could do differently. Once he could see this clearly, he knew he had to share it. After 2 years of dedicated work, he wrote the book Decoding Interviews: Let's Get You That Job and got notable corporate appreciation.
After passing out from Imperial College London, Shray founded Edify and started consulting universities in London for better education practices. He has a profound understanding of university eligibility requirements and selection criteria.
